Angela Sun

Angela Sun (born October 19 1979 in Santa Clara County of California) is a American journalist, TV presenter and sportscaster. Angela Sun is a multi-award winner journalist, sportscaster, and producer. Her degree is in Sociology and Communication at the University of California. Sun was a pro surfer, and was a participant in many pro-am surf events. This led her to get sponsored by major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, etc. Her recognition through these events was like a rocket that helped her get into the industry of entertainment. Sun later went on to become an as a film and sports reporter, in addition to an investigative journalist. Sun was mostly anchor for several channels. In 2003, she was reporter on Fox Sports Net. The show she hosted in 2012 was American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. In 2014 Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. She is the only Asian-American to ever appear in the ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting abilities have gained her the attention of her peers. Sun has appeared in films like Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014-2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun produced and directed Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
