Angela Sun
Angela Sun is an American journalist, presenter on television and sportscaster as well as a documentary film maker. Angela Sun is a multi-award winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She graduated from University of California with a degree in sociology and communications. Sun was a pro at surfing. She participated in various pro-am Surf competitions which led to sponsorship deals with brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. Sun was enticed into the world of entertainment because of the recognition she received. Later she worked as an journalist, actress, sportscaster filmmaker, journalist and reporter. Sun was a news anchor for numerous channels. She was a reporter for Fox Sports Net as a reporter in 2003. She also co-hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute from between 2014 and 2015. Sun was the first Asian American to be featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun has appeared in a variety of films, and her talents as an actor are lauded and acknowledged. Sun was in films such as Goliath (2016) as well as Hit the Floor(2014-2016) The Perfect Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) as well as Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). In 2014, Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch an full-length documentary on the effects of trash in the oceans and its impact on the ecosystem. Sun wrote, directed and produced herself.
